The hotel is located in a very convenient spot just behind Paseo de la Reforma, allowing for easy exploration of the city. The rooms are super nice and have everything you need; however, they were a bit smaller than we expected. The service was very friendly overall, but there were some issues with competence. The dining options had lots of variety, but some felt the selection was limited. The facilities were good and worth the money.

On the bright side, the service was efficient, especially in dealing with arranging services like driver communication, though there were some hiccups at check-in. The hotel is conveniently located near Reforma Avenue, more towards the Historic Center, making it easy to reach main attractions with public transport. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooftop pool and swimming pool were super nice, offering everything you need to make your stay comfortable. However, the room was too hot with no air conditioning, and it only had space for hardly 1 bed.

The hotel had a great view of the Revolution Monument but the room was smaller than expected and noisy due to nearby construction. The service was friendly overall but a little pushy at times. The location was very convenient for accessing key tourist spots. The dining experience was good with convenient payment options, though some delays were experienced.
